RangeTube

Terms of Service

Last updated: 28 June 2026.

⚠️ Draft. This is a good-faith draft pending professional legal review. It is not legal advice.

1. Acceptable use

RangeTube is a free tool for personal, non-commercial use: looping sections of YouTube videos through YouTube's official player. You agree not to misuse it — including no automated scraping, no attempts to circumvent or interfere with the service or with YouTube, and no use that violates YouTube's terms or any applicable law.

2. Content belongs to YouTube

RangeTube does not host, store, or control any video. All video content is served by YouTube/Google and played via YouTube's official embeddable player. Your use of that content is governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google's policies.

3. Service provided "as is"

RangeTube is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law — including no warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) RangeTube. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

5. Dependence on YouTube

RangeTube depends on YouTube's player and APIs. It may change, degrade, or stop working if YouTube changes its technology or terms, and the operator has no liability for that.

6. No affiliation

RangeTube is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google LLC. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC.

7. Copyright & abuse reports

RangeTube only embeds videos hosted by YouTube and respects YouTube's embedding settings. To report a video, email contact@salvarecuero.dev and we will remove the embed or link on a valid complaint.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Uruguay, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. This does not override mandatory consumer- or data-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.

9. Changes

We may modify these Terms; the "last updated" date above controls, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
